I spent years in corporate management training, hands-on experience from running a health and yoga center in Cardiff, CA, and a wealth of insight from helping launch and manage an Integrative Medical Center with Osteopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, and Yoga Instructors in Philadelphia.
